About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer who can bring ideas to life through animation and visual storytelling. You will work on product videos, software demos, podcasts visuals, promotional campaigns, and brand content creating engaging motion graphics that enhance clarity, impact, and audience retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for:
  • Software & product launch videos
  • Promotional & marketing campaigns
  • Podcast intros/outros and visual overlays
  • Explainer videos and social media content
• Create UI animations, screen transitions, and infographic-style visuals
• Develop titles, lower thirds, logo animations, and transitions
• Collaborate with video editors to integrate motion graphics seamlessly
• Interpret scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into motion designs
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines
• Optimize animations for different platforms and formats
• Manage animation files, templates, and version control

Production & Workflow Expectations

• Follow workflow: Brief → Style Frames → Animation → Review → Revisions → Final Delivery
• Maintain organized project structures and asset libraries
• Deliver animations in required resolutions, codecs, and aspect ratios
• Support fast-turnaround projects without compromising quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, spacing)
• Experience creating clean, modern, brand-aligned motion graphics
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Portfolio showcasing motion design work (mandatory)

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with Premiere Pro for basic edits and integration
• Familiarity with Lottie / JSON animations
• Knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus
• Understanding of UI/UX animation for software products
